Peste Suína Clássica Qual PCR Box 1.0 (swine)
Classical swine fever virus detection kit
Ref. GB.4010

The classical swine fever is caused by RNA virus of the family Flaviviridae, specific genes which are divided into 3 groups (1-3), each with three or four subgroups (1.1-3.4). Infection with this virus provides a mortality of approximately 90% in young animals and the transmission between animals usually occurs by oronasal route. The main clinical signs include high fever, lethargy, leukopenia or mucosal bleeding. You can control the disease through vaccination, usually in attenuated form, but impossible to distinguish between antibodies produced by vaccination and those resulting from direct exposure to the infectious agent.

Classical Swine Fever Qual PCR Box is a test for molecular diagnosis of infection of Classical Swine Fever Virus with greater sensitivity, specificity and faster than traditional methods of culture.

Classical Swine Fever Qual PCR Box 1.0 detects the regions 5'UTR and Npro of Classical Swine Fever Virus.
