The Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV) is a member of the Family
Pestivirus and represents the most common cause of miscarriage due to
infection in these animals. However, it also may be responsible for all cases of
infertility, pneumonia, diarrhea, poor growth, among others.
